When it comes to ethical and social issues, gender equality, equal pay, and many other topics are raised. A reform should be taken into consideration given how lax society is when it comes to women's protection. Women should not be compelled to participate in a marriage or any non-marital relationship that they do not enjoy. Other concerns that need to be discussed include abusive relationships, sexual harassment at work, bullying, cyberbullying, body shaming, the right to education, and others.
