Mustafa ‘Mike’ Z Younis is an internationally recognized scholar and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Research of Healthcare Financial Management. Dr. Younis has authored and published over 200 articles, abstracts and presentations in refereed journals and meetings, and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Younis has administrative experience as Senior Advisor to the President at Zirve University & Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Florida International University (FL, USA), where he led the accreditation efforts for the Healthcare Management Program. Dr. Younis has a history of playing visible roles on the editorial boards of journals as Chief Editor, Guest Editor and Editorial board member of leading journals, such as IJMR, JHCF, Inquiry, JHHSA, JPBAFM Dr. Younis is a frequent speaker for both academic and professional audiences. His talks often feature his latest research and work in progress, as well as cross-industry trends and strategy implications. He has provided workshops and presentations for worldwide organizations. His research and findings apply to for-profit, non-profit, and government settings. Dr. Younis has consulted with several organizations on healthcare finance and economics. He is working as a Consultant in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at El Mahalla General Hospital, Egypt. He is a member of Clinical Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mansoura, Egypt. Currently, he is the President of El Mahalla El Kubra and Sammanoud Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Shamsa is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology & Chair of Ob/Gyn department at college of Medicine & health Sciences at UAE University. Dr. Shamsa graduated with distinctions from Sultan Qaboos University with Bch of Medical Sciences and MD. She persuaded her postgraduate studies at McGill University, Montreal in Canada and graduated with Alice Benjamin Award of Excellence in Obstetrics. She has FRCSC, American Board in OB/Gyn, and FACOG. She worked in UAE University at FMHS as an assistant professor since 2001. She joined Tawam Hospital in 2005 as a deputy Medical director and Chief of Ob/Gyn. followed by moving to Al Ain Hospital as a Chair of women Health Institute on 2010. She eventually returned to her passion of education to UAEU and appointed as the chair of the department. Her clinical interest in Fetal Medicine made her join the FMU Team at Tawam & Al Ain Hospital and she has completed her training in advanced fetal Ultrasonography with Fellowship of Ian Donald's School and master degree in advance Obstetrical and Gynecology Ultrasound. Further Dr Shamsa is a perfectionist quality worker for which she is certified with American board of Medical Quality and is certified in American medical legal consultations from Wagner University. She has UAE national duties so she led few positions such as vice president Arab board committee, president of Society of OB/GYN in UAE, the director of UAE-ALSO Chapter, vice president IVF UAE licenser committee and other national responsibilities. Her interest is raising women wellbeing and for this she has a national leading role in breast cancer prevention program & cervical cancer prevention program in UAE.

During his ongoing career, he has mainly contributed to the identification and functions of new human disease-causing genes and variants, formulated natural products for anti-aging and developed innovative theranostic strategies against cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and infectious diseases. He has more than 10 years’ experiences either in the academic, hospitals or industrial sectors. As Chief Scientific Officer and Vice-President R&D at Fluorotronics, Inc. he actively participated in the development of the disruptive “Carbon-Fluorine Spectroscopy”. Dr. Menaa collaborates with various organizations worldwide. He is a member of several prestigious medical and scientific organizations and editorial boards in the field of medicine, science, technology and business, including in the nano-segment. He has authored more than 100 articles including research and review articles, books, book chapters, textbooks, proceedings, and has participated to over 200 scientific international events including as co-organizer, keynote speaker, chairman. Dr. Menaa’s worldwide collaborations, holistic point of view and strong expertise in various fields led him to prevent, implement early diagnosis, and develop efficient and safer therapy.

Dr Kulvinder Kaur is the scientific director of DR Kulvinder Kaur Centre For Human Reproduction, jalandhar, Punjab ,India,where she manages the complicated cases of infertility .She graduated from LHMC Delhi in 1980 topping in medicine in all 3 medical colleges thereby getting the DR Devi Chand Gold medal from the late PM Smt Indira Gandhi&also topped in all the MBBS subjects prior to that eg., anatomy,pathology,biochem etc making her basics sound & later she managed the endocrine clinic in PGI Chandigarh during her MD days .Following that she reported the 40th world case hydrometrocolpos working in Saudi Arabia &has been working in the field of neuroendocrinology of obesity. GnRH control along with role of kisspeptins, prokineticins in human reproduction,AIDS &Cancer –during this period, she managed to successfully treat the first case of nongestational choriocarcinoma of uterine body in a young girl medically thereby preserving her fertility-the first case in world literature of its kind.

Professor Arup Ratan Bandyopadhyay is Professor and Former Head of the Department of Anthropology, University of Calcutta. He did M.Phil and PhD from University of Calcutta, India. He is the recipient of UGC Research Fellowship (for pursuing PhD, qualifying National Eligibility Test), Merit Award and Young Scientist Award. He was President of Anthropological and Behavioral Sciences section of the Indian Science Congress in its centenary year. He received seven national extra-mural research grants as Principal Investigator, including a grant from the British Council for collaboration with the Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh, UK. He published more than 100 anthropological research articles in national and international journals on evolutionary biology, forensic anthropology, dental anthropology, public health in relation to medical genetics, cytogenetic and anthropometry of non-communicable disease, dermatoglyphics in medical and psychiatric disorders, and population genetics and human rights issues. He has delivered many invited Lectures / Keynote addresses and organizing committee members recently (January 5-7, 2018 – Bangkok, Thailand) in International Conference in Gynecology, Obstetrics and Reproductive medicine (GORM2018), World Congress on Gynecology, Obstetrics & Reproductive Health (July 16-17, 2018 – Bangkok, Thailand) and in 1st World Congress on Breast Cancer, Gynecology and Women Health (September 6-7, 2018 - Bangkok, Thailand)

Ioannis G Papanikolaou was born in Athens in 1985. In 2009 he takes the Medical Degree with excellent votation. Afterwards, he was selected to participate in the two years Postgraduate programme in Robotic surgery, minimally invasive surgery and Telesurgery, in the University of Athens, Medical School, Greece. In 2011 he was distinguished again with excellent votation and obtains the title of “Master of Science” from the Athens Medical School in “Robotic surgery, minimally invasive surgery and Telesurgery. He was distinguished with the PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) from Athens Medical School, Greece with Excellent votation in 2018. He has gained the first Prize in “Robotic Surgery Marathon”, as well as the First Prize in the “Laparoscopic Simulation Cup”. He is the author of many publications in national and international journals and he is also selected as reviewer for many journals such as The British Medical Journal, Stem Cells International, Surgical Laparoscopy Endoscopy & Percutaneous Techniques, The International Journal of Medical Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery, The European Journal of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology. Currently he works in the 1st Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology of the University of Athens, Medical School in Greece, in “Alexandra” Hospital.

Wilson Onuigbo, a Nigerian Scientist, obtained MD from Glasgow University and Ph.D. from London University. His first paper appeared in the British Journal of Cancer as a Medical Student in 1957. By 1962, he demonstrated what is now called lymphangiogenesis. Following a flurry of papers, his biography appeared in the World Who’s Who in Science published in 1968 in the USA. By 1974, he became the world’s discoverer of the adult human living worm called Paragonimus uterobilateralis. Recently, he has hypothesized that there is an “Erythrocyte Associated Necrosis Factor (EANF)” whose identification in Translational Laboratory should become a targeted therapy for the cancer cure, provided that pharmaceutical genius materialized! He has his country’s National Order of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON). I was awarded the special Fellowship ad euden of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. I am also a Member, International Order of Merit, Cambridge.

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
Requesting an Invitation Letter

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to

If Allied Academies cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
If Allied Academies postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person cannot attend the event. The registered person must make transfers in writing to  
Details must be included the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of Allied Academies if the person cannot attend one of the conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
Allied Academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of Allied Academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.
